Table of order must be prepared according to following explanations:
Considering operational load and conditions of the spiral rope according to table of order, spiral rope’s type and suitable external dimension must be chosen. For example, if it is wanted to be operated between 0 - 60 kg. load and at 30 kg. thrust force, between - 30 °C and + 90 °C operating temperatures, sdN 10 must be written under the 1st arrow in the table. Since it is in very light group up to 140 kg. - 0 - must be written under the 2nd arrow. Assigning METRIC or UNF system; in case of UNF 1, in case of METRIC 0, 0 must be written under the 3rd arrow in case the metric is selected. First of all type must be determined for the 1st cap, for example; if it is A, it must be written under the 4th arrow, then D2 and d2 dimensions must be determined and written under the 5th arrow. Type and dimensions of 2nd cap must be written under 6th and 7th arrows as they were in 4th and 5th arrows. Operating length must be determined as (stroke, mm) and must be written under the 8th arrow. Length of the spiral must be written under the 9th arrow in mm and order no must be stated under the 10th arrow.
